I was just made aware of this site. Looking at the pix has brought back some excellent feelings. Jethro Tull was an incredible band for me. Thanks for the awesome music and memories. I'm happy for you that you were able to have your experiences as a member of this band. I hope it was as great as someone one this side of the fence dreams it might have been. I also hope that you still play.

Hi Glenn
Sweat? oil? paint? (on your bass)...

I was living in N.Y. when I first heard Tull. I was blown away by their musicianship and vibe. Glen Cornick is one of my all time fav bassists. Not many bassists can play a melody line under a lead line like Glen. Inside, Song for Jeffrey rocks. I thank you for all those fond memories. I still listen to all of my early Tull up until Minstrel In The Gallery. I got lost a bit after that

Tull still is a wonderful band!
Your bass-solo on Boureé is still the best Glenn!

Glenn was my primary influence when I was learning the bass. "Inside," as mentioned by someone else, was a great thrill. It still is today!
Regarding this particular photo, though, I'd have to say it's a good thing Glenn grew his hair long.
"To Cry You A Song" is playing on my stereo right now. Another great Cornick tune!

Regarding the bass, I've always been curious as to why this one has a right handed Jazz Bass body, but a left handed neck.

That bass kicks ass. That's the same one that you played on the Rolling Stones Circus.
